ContributorNetwork – The U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 910: “Energy Tax Prevention Act of 2011” with a 255-172 vote Thursday. Rep. Fred Upton (R-Mich.) is co-sponsoring the bill, which aims to strip the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of its ability to regulate greenhouse gases, including carbon dioxide, as air pollutants under the Clean Air Act.
