ContributorNetwork – COMMENTARY | Much of the debate surrounding the Affordable Health Care Law, known by its opponents as Obamacare, centers around its constitutionality. Five court rulings have resulted in three judges deciding it is in compliance with the Constitution, while two have stated it is unconstitutional. Even among judges, it seems, the answer is grounded more in one’s political views than in one’s legal expertise.
