Ohioans Share Thoughts on the Solyndra Subpoenas (ContributorNetwork) – 1391th Edition

ContributorNetwork – The Solyndra bankruptcy continues to haunt the Obama administration. Yesterday the deadline established by the House Energy and Commerce Committee to produce all email communications between the White House and the solar company came and went. The failed company was given more than $500 million of stimulus funding. The committee is reviewing the fiscal facts and communications which lead up to the decision to fund the defunct business. According to the White House Counsel’s Office the Obama administration now intends to comply with Congressional subpoena and will soon hand over emails which relate to “legitimate oversight” requests which fall within the bounds of constitutional compliance.
