ContributorNetwork – COMMENTARY | Mitt Romney, former 2008 Republican presidential candidate and former governor of Massachusetts, spoke to a group of small business owners in Irmo, S.C., on Saturday, among other topics attacking President Barack Obama for not having a clearly outlined plan to reform Medicare. The problem is, neither does Romney. The potential 2012 presidential candidate voiced approval of House Budget Chairman Paul Ryan’s willingness to tackle the Medicare problem, a plan that would allow Medicare recipients to participate in a voucher program and purchase health coverage in the private market, but emphasized that his plan would be somewhat different.
